Marked Improvement

Started using Nutricaddie electrolytes at the beginning of this summer, and found an instant improvement in my concentration levels, which for the first time actually lasted the whole round.
Whether its just coincidence, not sure, but also scores started improving, and for the first time in years my handicap is slowly reducing.

Good alternative to what’s in halfway hut

Been making a concerted effort recently to get into better habits on the golf course, drinking more water and indulging less in the rubbish that’s in the halfway hut.

Tried these electrolytes the other day and I was pleasantly surprised. The lemon flavour made drinking my water more enjoyable and less of a chore, and for once my energy levels didn’t fall off a cliff halfway round the back 9!
