Refund policy

Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Due to the nature of consumable goods, we cannot accept returns of opened products unless they are faulty.

You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at support@nutricaddie.co.uk. Returns must be sent to the following address: Nutricaddie Ltd, 124-128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX. 

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us straight away if it's defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve it.

Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns on opened consumable products, sale items, or gift cards.

Exchanges
To swap an item, return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved. If it is, your original payment method will be refunded within 10 business days.
